This was killer ! Definitely liked the booty more than the abs which are just your generic crunch variations. I also loved the quick reps which added some cardio and I even got a little arm workout. This was frustrating because you don't say what you're going to do next, you just follow a routine that no one knows except you and your dancers. Maybe teach the routine properly and don't just say "and here we go" and then jump into a new move and change it again as soon as we get the hang of it.
